	Light Cure Smoked Salmon   Following the numerous requests we have had in our bistro this year, we are delighted to add our award-winning "Light Cure Smoked Salmon" steaks to the produce available online. Light Cure Smoked Salmon should be treated as a raw product and requires cooking. This is the salmon we use in our "Fish & Chips!" The salmon is lightly cured and smoked and is simply ready for you to cook at home. Ruby's favourite way of cooking, however, is to add some fresh herbs and black pepper, drizzle with oil, add slices of lemon and roast gently in the oven for around 25 minutes. 	Marrbury Gin and Vodka Dill Peppered Gravadlax 200g hand-carved D-cut pack Cured to our own recipe for nearly four days, this wonderful gravadlax has a firm texture and a very rich flavour. With a dill and black pepper crust, our gravadlax is simply outstanding. There is none of the usual "wet" texture that is sometimes associated with gravadlax. Instead, you will find it is firm to the bite and packed with sweet peppery dill flavour!	£10.50
	Vincent's Kippers Although we have produced kippers for years, this is the first time we have placed them on our mail order catalogue following numerous requests from visitors to our shop. However, they will only be available online for the festive period on a ‘first come, first served' basis. There are limitations to the amount of kippers we can produce, but will do our best to ensure everyone who wants them does receive them. Ruby Marr was once a professional callligrapher! In fact, in the early days of Marrbury, it was her calligraphy which supplemented the household income. 	Smoked Salmon Tail Pieces Succulent smoked salmon tail pieces, these are the tails from our own Marrbury smoked salmon.Tail pieces can be a little saltier than the main body of the fish. Unlike many smokehouses which include tails in their general packs, our packs contain only the prime of the side. Tails, however, are fantastic for making pate or mousse, or even pasta dishes!
