CURRENT MENU - SPRING DINING!   From Brunches to Lunches, afternoon teas and early suppers, or cafe is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 10.30am until 5pm during "off season". Here are a few examples of dishes currently on our menu:   Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict: Toasted fresh crumpets topped with poached eggs, Marrbury Smoked Salmon and scrumptious hollandaise   Marrbury Smoked Chicken & Cheddar Baguette: (just one of a choice of the many fillings in our amazing freshly baked warm baguettes)   Smoked and Battered! Our "Smoked and Battered" is our very own "posh chip shop" style dining. Our fish and chips, is a whole steak of Marrbury Light Cure salmon, battered, and served "Fish and Chips" style, with if you wish, traditional mushy peas. We also serve Duck, Haggis, Black Pudding, Chicken, Sausage etc in our "Smoked & Battered" menu. (Also available on our "Food 2 Go" menu, call 01671 820476 for take away)   Smoked & Battered Brie Supper with Plum Sauce Dip   Kiddies Meal Box: Our childrens meal boxes are fun and healthy as we fry only in non trans fats. Consisiting of a fun box with colouring book and crayons, choice of fish or organic sausage, orange or apple juice, and ketchup etc. Parents love our kiddies fun boxes!   As well as the above, we change our menu daily with chef's specials such as oven baked salmon served on a horseradish mash. We serve scones, traybakes and sweets and treats.   Rather than close our vsiitor centre in winter, we do remain open, however we do so on a skeleton staff basis. We are thankful for your patience with staff during "off season". If you are in a hurry please do let our staff know when ordering. (Esepcially if you are in a rush for the ferry, do tell us, we will do our best to assist you in fast service)   RUBY'S FAMOUS SMOKEHOUSE CHOWDER: During winter, Ruby produces her own smokehouse chowder. To wild fish stock, Ruby adds a host of stew vegetables and potatos, smoked salmon, mussels, scallops and other fish available, fresh cream, rosemary and capers. This wonderful earthy stew style Chowder, served in a Yorkshire Pudding Bowl is much loved by all.    GLUTEN AND WHEAT FREE! ALL of our smoked and battered dishes aside from haggis and black pudding can be served GF. We also have GF tray bakes and ice creams available. We can also produce many of our other dishes gluten free, please ask our staff whilst dining.
