We don't just smoke delicious salmon...

Here at Marrbury Smokehouse, we don't just smoke Wild Cree salmon which comes from our own nets on the River Cree. We also smoke a range of other mouthwatering delicacies such as smoked peppered duck breast or smoked Kirkcudbright scallops. From cheese to chicken, duck to venison, we have it all here at Marrbury Smokehouse. Our luxury tea room / bistro at Carsluith Castle on the A75 serves out-of-the-ordinary light bites, but if you can't make the journey to this beautiful corner of Scotland, you can still enjoy our products by ordering them online. Be prepared for something quite special!
