- I have always been fascinated by the castle as we motor past. However, this year we made time
to stop on our way home to Northern Ireland. Oh, WOW, you have the best smoked produce that I have ever tasted. Next time
on our way to England, I'm going to make sure we stop BOTH times we pass.

What a fantastic place to visit! We spent a week on holiday in Kirkcudbright and visited your centre at Carsluith Castle,
not once, not twice, but THREE times! Fabulous food, fantastic staff, our kids loved the castle and your staff were just so
helpful. Much more than just a cafe/shop...you made our holiday special! Be getting more from you at Christmas time. See you
next year and thank you Ruby, it was such a pleasure chatting with you!
- We have been
eating your salmon for many years now at the Steam Packet in Isle of Whithorn, but the last time I checked, you didn't
have mail order. So glad you do now!
- Mmmm... smoked trout was lovely! Smoked goat's
cheese salad for lunch tomorrow and then, when the house is empty, it's a bottle of nice red Leopards Leap and a LARGE
portion of Thai smoked salmon. HEAVEN, thank you and I will be ordering online. Keep up the excellent work.
